Accounts and personal health records
When you create an account, we store your name, email, ZIP code, optional mobile number, a one-way password hash, preferences, and consent history. At your choice, we store blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, weight, activity, sleep, personal notes, goals, and reminder settings. These records are used to provide your journal, charts, exports, and reminders. We do not use your health readings to select marketing messages or share them with advertisers.
Reminder messages do not include health readings. In-app and email daily reminders are optional. Email reminders are sent only when you enable the email channel in your account. SMS reminders require separate consent and a configured messaging service. Marketing consent is separate from account and reminder preferences. You can disable email reminders without changing your account or SMS choices.
Retention and control of health records
Health entries are retained for up to 730 days when the scheduled retention task is enabled. Notification and delivery records are retained for 90 days; contact messages for 180 days. Consent records remain while the account is active. Unsubscribe records are retained to honor suppression requests. You may export your health history or full account data, delete entries, or delete your account through Settings. Account deletion removes associated records from the active database. The operator must document backup retention before launch. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests.
Cookies for account access
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. No marketing pixels or analytics are included. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
